The Logic Behind Summer Sonic
It’s summer volatility is kicking in. Today, the Sonic Signals system is flashing long opportunities across the board—a clear sign that momentum is on the rise.
If you’re in our trading community, you’ve already received today’s signals. If not, here’s what you’re missing and how you can get started.
🔍 The Setup: Long Bias with Precision Entry
Today’s trades are powered by the Sonic Signals software, designed to give you clear, confident entries with built-in risk control.
- ATR (Average True Range) set to 4
- Target: 1x ATR (adjustable for bigger targets)
- Clean chart signals with audio alerts
You can scale your target easily—2x, even 3x ATR—depending on your trading style. The Sonic System puts that flexibility in your hands.
🎯 Real-Time Signal in Action
When a long signal triggers, here’s how it plays out:
- Chart signal appears
- Sound alert activates
- You enter using a limit order
- Adjust if needed for a clean fill
- Set stop and target—fully visible and defined
This structure gives you total clarity. Every trade shows you what you can gain, what you risk, and lets you react calmly—not emotionally.
⚖️ Balanced Risk = Smart Trading
Our default risk-to-reward is around 50/50. That’s what we want—no upside-down trades where the stop outweighs the target. You can track all entries/exits visually using text and markers on your NinjaTrader charts.
This helps:
- Review past trades
- Spot overtrading
- Build discipline
📌 Pro tip: If you see your chart cluttered with entries, you’re likely overtrading. We recommend 5–7 solid trades per day—especially in the active morning session.
⏱ Trade Fast, Exit Faster
We use a 1-minute chart for Sonic Signals. It’s fast, clean, and ideal for day traders who want to be in and out without sitting in trades for hours.
Prefer something else? No problem—Sonic also supports:
- Tick charts
- Range bars
- 5-minute, 10-minute, and Heiken Ashi charts
The Sonic system adapts to your style. But simplicity wins, and 1-minute setups keep things moving.
💡 Managing the Trade Like a Pro
In today’s example, the trade approached the target twice. On the second attempt—it filled. That’s the kind of repeatable setup we teach.
If a trade tests the target multiple times but fails to break, consider exiting early. Don’t wait for a breakdown—take control and lock in your gains.
